Pod Fodder (Volume Seventy One)

1. The International Karate Plus - Box Elder (Filthy Little Angels)
A superb version of Pavement's Box Elder taken from a compilation album issued though the increasingly mighty Filthy Little Angels. It's called "Show Me A Word That Rhymes With Pavement" and has been issued to celebrate the reunion of Pavement. If you pop over to the Filthy Little Angels website you can give your ipod a treat and download the whole thing for free.

2. The One AM Radio - Credible Threats (Dangerbird)
I've never been that impressed by The One Am Radio but I like this. It comes from a new single which is available now as a limited 7" and 3D video which I think means you have to sit in front of your computer wearing those ridiculous glasses and look like a total tit for a few minutes.

Product Details3. Scuba - Heavy Machinery (Hot Flush)
Taken from the superb album "Triangulation" which is available now through Hot Flush.

4. Sennen - With You (Hungry Audio)
I've only just got hold of a copy of this record so you'll probably know all about it already. It's the second album from Sennen and was released a couple of weeks ago. The record is called "Age Of Denial" and the title track has been released as a download single. This is the track I keep coming back to however.

Product Details9. The School - Hoping And Praying (Elefant)
This is one of my favorite tracks on the Cardiff bands debut album "Loveless Unbeliever" which is available now through the mighty Elefant Records of Madrid. Definitely one of the best pop albums of the year.

Product Details10. 65daysofstatic - Tiger Girl (Hassle)
This is the first track to be made available from the Sheffield bands new album "We Were Exploding Anyway" which is released via Hassle on 26th April. I really like the way they're going with this one and this track in particular will have Fuck Buttons shitting themselves. As usual the band are out and about all over the place. They're currently in Europe but will return to the UK next month. Thus...
