Unless you recorded this yourself, you got this gig off of Dime which prohibits further trading of torrents not in a lossless format. You may not agree with that policy, but if not, then don't use the service. Just seems uncool to turn around and post an mp3 version when you are clearly being asked not to.
Not exactly a distinction that would impress MES I imagine! Anyway the idea of lossless bootlegs is somewhat ridiculous is it not, especially of music like this.I'm really glad this was posted, thanks. Let's hope Holmefirth this year is as good as last time.
They are so many fall bootlegs about do you think MES and CO give a monkey's uncle. If he was bothered he wouldn't walk out on giggs when he's had enough when his fans have come to see him perform..............
There's always one. Getting asked not to distribute a bootleg is one if the funniest things I've heard all year!!! Talk about splitting my sides I haven't laughed so much since the missus slipped on some cat poo and fell in a bush.Perhaps if the original recorder (God bless their soul) didn't want anyone to hear it he (or she) shouldn't have either recorded it or made it available.
I was delighted to pay my £20 to see this and thrilled to have the recording as a souvenir, thank you.
I know some people get a bit stressed about MP3, but The Consortium record the Fall to share. I'm happy for my recordings to be passed around in any format.
